• Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
• Establishes policies by entering client information confirming pricing.
• Informs clients by explaining procedures answering questions satisfying customer concerns
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines recommending improved procedures.
Preferred Skill Set
• Excellent customer relation skills
• Excellent verbal communication and comprehension
• Neutral or non-inflicted American or British accent
• Basic computer, Internet search and written communication skills
• Preferably, graduate level educational background
• Experience in handling international clients via telephone, email and live chat
