Call Center Representative:
You will be responsible of sales and support activities by interacting with customers using different communication mediums using phone, email and live chat.

Preferred Skill Set
• Excellent customer relation skills
• Excellent verbal communication and comprehension
• Neutral or non-inflicted American or British accent
• Basic computer, Internet search and written communication skills

Suitable Profile
• Preferably, graduate. O & A level educational background preferred
• Experience in handling international clients via telephone, email and live chat
• Candidates with foreign education and experience are also encouraged to apply
